These no-knead baked donuts are made without donut pan. They’re easier and healthier than traditional fried donuts.
Baked Donuts
(Servings: 12)
Ingredients:
1 2/3 cups (250g) all purpose flour
1 tsp (3g) dry yeast
¼ tsp (2g) salt
½ cup (120ml) warm milk (100F / 37C)
1 egg at room temperature
2 Tbsp (30ml) grapeseed oil / vegetable oil / melted butter
2 Tbsp (40g) honey
1 Tbsp (14g) melted butter
(350F/180C) Bake 15 -18 minutes
Original Donut Glaze Ingredients:
½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
2 Tbsp (30g) milk
Chocolate Donut Glaze Ingredients:
½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
2 Tbsp (12g) cacao powder
3 Tbsp (45g) milk
