INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp lemon juice
lemon zest
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Bake the wings at 375F for the first 40 minutes.
Take them out and flip them.
Then Bake them again at 450F for 10-15 minutes depending on the sizes of the wings.
This is a MUST try Recipe, I highly recommend it. You will be surprised how good it will turn out. Better than take out or restaurant sweet and sour wings, no kidding!
