More Italian than that! Everyone, both young and old, likes it, the unmistakable scent of meatballs at home makes you hungry!
Do it again for Easter or simply on Sunday when you have more time for the family banquet!

Ingredients: for 5-6 people
200 g Conchiglioni type pasta
500 g Tomato puree
Extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, basil
Grated Grana cheese
300 g Bechamel
Smoked or white provolone
For the meatballs:
300 g minced veal (or mixed)
200 g Bread
2 eggs
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic, salt, pepper, parsley
