Ingredients
skinless salmon - 450 g (remove the bones)
olive oil - 4 tbsp.
salt -1/2 tsp.
black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
rosemary - 1/2 tsp.
lemon slices - 6 (about 1 lemon)
lemon juice - 3 tbsp.
capers - 4 tsp.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200C.
