Baked Stuffed Zucchini Recipe
Ingredients
3 courgettes
250 grams ricotta
80 grams parmesan
1 egg
bread
salt pepper parsley
bacon
Peel and cut the courgettes to make the stuffed courgettes.
Boil the zucchini for 6 minutes
Leave to cool.
Empty the courgettes with a spoon.
To make the stuffing of the baked zucchini use the pulp of the zucchini.
Mash, add three tablespoons of bread.
Add the cheese, egg, salt, pepper, parsley, ricotta.
Mix well.
Fill the zucchini.
Bake at 200 °. 25 minutes
