Bakery Style Butter Bun 🌿
Ingredients 👇
For the milk yeast mix.
🌿Lukewarm Milk - 1 cup
🌿Yeast - 1 & 1/2 teaspoon
Mix well and keep aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
For the Dough
🌿All Purpose Flour - 3 cups
🌿Sugar - 3 tbsp
🌿Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
🌿Unsalted Butter - 2 tbsp
Mix well and add the milk yeast mix. Knead well to soft by adding unsalted butter.
Make it a dough. Spread the sides of the bowl and top of the dough with butter,close and keep it in a warm place.
Rising time depends upon the weather in your place. Mine took around 1 and a half to 2 hours.
After its risen. Press and knead again. Make balls. Keep it closed for another 30 minutes.
Deep fry till golden brown in low to medium flame.
For the Filling
🌿Unsalted Butter - 3 tbsp
🌿Room temperature Milk - 2 tbsp
🌿Powdered Sugar - 3 tbsp
Apply the filling to the buns by cutting in the middle. Make sure the Buns are not Hot. If it's Hot the filling will melt.
