Boneless Chicken (Murgi) - 1 Kg
Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsan Paste) - 1 & 1/2 Tbsp
Green paste - 1 Tbsp Full
Green paste = Coriander, Mint Leaves and Green Chillies (Chopped)
Yogurt (Dahi) - 6 Tbsp Thick
Tikka Masala - 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - 3/4 Tsp
Cumin Powder (Pisa wa Zeera) - 1 Tsp
Coriander Powder (Dhania powder) - 1 Tsp
Whole spice powder (Gram Masala) - 1 Tsp
Chicken Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt (Namak) - 1 Tsp Level
Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) - 3/4 Tsp
Food Color - 1/4 Tsp
Potato (Aalo) - As Required
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) - As Required
Note: You can take any vegetable of your choice*
Eggs (Ande) - 3 or As required (For coating)
Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) - Pinch (For Egg)
Salt (Namak) - Pinch (For Egg)
Wooden Skewers - As required
Breadcrumbs - For Coating
Oil - For Frying
