Bakery style pineapple cake recipe
Ingredients
grease the mold
Sprinkle plain all purpose flour(maida)
put aside
4 eggs
seperete egg yolks
keep the egg white aside
add 1 tbs of vinilla essence in egg yolks
mix well
put aside
in egg white
add 2 cups of powdered sugar
beat with egg white until it becomes foamy
add some egg white foam in egg yolks+vanilla essence mixture
mix well
put aside
add 2 cups of all purpose flour(maida)
2 tsp baking powder
sift well
now add egg yolks+vanilla essence mixture
fold the mixture with spatula in one direction
pour the batter right away in a prepared mold
tap the mold 3 times
bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for about 35 to 40 minuts
insert wooden stick in the centre to make sure it baked properly
after baked wait for cool down cake then pull out
remove edges and make level
cut the cake from the middle into 2 parts
Place first cake layer on a cake stand
apply sugar syrup
Beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form
spread whipped cream
add pineapple pieces
cover the pineapple with whipped cream
place second cake layar on top
apply sugar syrup
spread whipped cream On top cake layer
apply and cover the sides of the cake with whipped cream
pipe the Designs using whipped cream
Decorate cake with pineapple & edible sweets on top
pipe the Designs using whipped cream on top
refrigerate for 2 hour & serve
