Recipe:
1 cup cake flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons unsalted butter room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs +1 egg yolk room temperature
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries

First things first! set your oven temperature to 350°F and spray you donut pans with baking spray.
While your oven is preheating, cream your butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla with a paddle attachment in your mixer.
While you are waiting for your ingredients to become fluffy, whisk your cake and all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda. put them to the side.
Once your ingredients have become fluffy, add your eggs and egg yolks to the bowl.
Once incorporated, you will begin to add your dry ingredients and buttermilk in stages, first dry then wet, repeating 2 more times. be sure to scrap the bottom and sides of the bowl.
Remove the bowl and add your blueberries, folding them into the batter so you don't break all the blueberries. transfer your batter to a piping bag and pipe the batter into the donut pans, filling halfway.
Put your donuts into the oven for 14-16 minutes. remove when you can stick toothpick in, and it comes out dry. take out of the pans and let cool.
Once cool dust with powdered sugar and serve!
