Here’s the full recipe!
Over night in fridge:
500g flour
200g sugar
mix till well combined
Add
11g yeast
1 cup water
mix till well combined
The next day:
500g flour
50g milk powder
1 cup water (+½ cup if needed)
1 tbsp tepung ibis (bread improver)
2 eggs
mix till well combined
Add
100g butter
Cinnamon roll paste:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cinnamon powder
2 tbsp sugar
Oven set to 350 degrees
Once taken out of the oven, brush the bread with a bit of butter!
Tips!
- if dough is too runny, add flour, a little at a time
- use oil to work with dough
- after shaping the dough into the desired shape and size, cover with a cloth and let it rise a little more
