dough:
flour 450-500 g 1/2 cup for rolling
yolk of 3 eggs
butter 200 g
a pinch of salt,
soda 1 tsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp.
sour cream or yogurt 150 g
apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp.
juice of 1/2 lemon
shape 24×34 cm
Bake in preheated
oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
meringue (filling):
3 egg whites
a pinch of salt
sugar 60 g
cinnamon 1 tsp.
walnuts 250-300 g
syrup:
sugar 200-250 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
water 200 ml (1 glass)
lemon juice 2 tbsp.
thick honey 2 tbsp. (liquid 4 tbsp)
