Balance & Composure are one those bands that can make you happy and sad at the same time, euphoric and calmed. I enjoy their music while it makes me fucking sad, and I love them for that.

Back to old B&C? B&C are the epitome of real musicianship. They are so versatile in their music making. Proof of this is was the smooth transition they made from their old album "The Things We Think We Are Missing" to the album they released in 2016 "The Light We Made". Both of these albums are very different but beautiful. Thank you B&C. Keep amazing music lovers from all genres.

Balance has always been my favorite. I've seen him three times and each time, Jon Simmons pours his emotions out to all of us that he performs for, which requires such a skill of musical talent that we can't even understand it to the fullest. Last time I saw him, he had to watch a bunch of idiots break out into fights during his songs, and he honestly was hurt. And then he played this song and asked everyone to just chill and vibe off it. Long story short, there's so much soul and emotion to all of balances music. Experience it all

Never wanted to go But it's the road that's calling All the seasons Never meant to hurt your feelings That's the way that it goes And I'll be seeing All the changes Coming to congratulate them Then you say that you're just so happy for me Though it's fake 'Cause I don't even remember feeling that way And I don't even remember whatever you say You depart from me now Keep it away We can't say it wasn't breaking We were waiting for it I'll pick up the pieces And I stand alone now Trying to save it all But what's worth saving, what's been dead and broken I can't help but feel nothing myself We were building a home Last I heard, it was burning down to ashes Swallowed up in all my absence Couldn't see through the smoke And it was suffocating I heard you screaming out for me to hurt your demons You depart from me now Keep it away We can't say it wasn't breaking We were waiting for it I'll pick up the pieces And I stand alone now Trying to save it all But what's worth saving, what's been dead and broken I can't help but feel nothing myself Standing on the reasons to leave Heaven or hell, I'll be there always I can't help the feelings darling When I get back, I'll handle all of this Standing on the reasons to leave Heaven or hell, will be there always I can't help the demons, darling When I get back, I'll handle all of this Standing on the reasons to leave Heaven or hell, will be there always You depart from me now Keep it away We can't say what's been breaking We were waiting for it I'll pick up the pieces And I stand alone now Trying to save it all But what's worth saving, what's been dead and broken I can't help but feel nothing myself.

Can someone tell me what he’s saying in the course? Is he saying “I can’t help but feel a knife in my side”? Or “I can’t help but feel nothing myself”? I wanna say it’s the first thing I said because it makes sense…but so does “feel nothing myself”🫠 someone tell me what you think?

"Midnight Zone" is among the best things they've ever written, but Light We Made has totally toned down their live show in the worst possible way. I bet you could make a pretty decent Midnight Zone EP with that album's best cuts.
