I started with 10 min routine and I could barely move because I was so stiff. Each day I could move a little better. Its only a week now and I do the 30 min routine easily with no pain! This is a miracle! Thank you!🌿

Thank you so much. I am loving this every start of my day. I've gone from the short version to this extended one. I find my body relaxes fully with the mind, while enlivening all my body's organs, cells and nervous system. My balance has improved greatly yet not perfected quite yet, but I am almost there. I have done your 15- min silent routine of the 8 silk brocades for a few years now, as well as others. This one is so nice as a full practice with resting at the end. I will revisit this one often. Blessings to you, Br Insight! 🙏

I watched an amazing documentary on TCM on KZitem. How long should we practice everyday? It seems like they recommend one hour at least! One man who was sick did it three times a day.
