If you're too impatient for the video, here are all the effects of the potions -
Broken Promises = strength + 2 til next rest, then indefinitely reduce it by 1.
Faltering Will = disadvantage on wisdom saving throws until long rest.
Heart of Stone = Resistant to poison damage until long rest.
Insanity Kiss = Turn hostile to all for 5 turns, or until you beat them down.
Lost Time = AC reduced by 2 + no reactions 50 turns
Lovers Avarice = Wisdom indefinitely reduced by 1 (til long rest?)
Missing pet = disadvantage ability check and attack rolls for 3 turns
Mother's Loathing = You gain the ability to bite people until long rest.
Still Born = 1d6 piercing damage for 4 turns
Wilted dreams = Take a bunch of damage after long rest.
The only two good potions are Heart of Stone and Mother's Loathing.
Technically, if you have a good throwing arm, you could turn an enemy insane by hitting them with the "Insanity Kiss" potion, but its quite unreliable.
Or you could just give all the potions to your least favorite character and keep them at camp forever!
