The fact there’s so many different outcomes to situations, makes this so replayable and immersive. I absolutely love this one. 💞✌😊👍

The story telling of BG3 is really top notch. Something I might have seen only on DA:O long time ago. Recent years? Nope. I love this game, because it has so many small things going on and the unsurpassed freedom you have in role playing.

Happy you covered this game. I am over 300 hours into the game. Just installed it on my PS5 with no intent to play it there. Lol I just wanted to support them more. I played EA many times and was happy this game not lived up to my hype but surpassing it.

From an OVERALL experience, fir me the best game ever. It surpassed my favourite game. I did appreciate the darker tone and greater character mystery of Planescape Torment, but the overall experience is just so much better for BG3. The combat was attrocious, even for its time. Your personal reactivity was wonderful, bit world reactivity masterpiece goes to BG3.

With Gale, he will not be inclined to romance you. If you choose hold his hand or kiss him, then it's your fault/choice. You were leading him on xD. And if you turn them down, they should desist. When they don't, it's a bug for some ppl. I dodnt encounter that. BUT yes, bugs can be very frustrating.

In the start they had something not good enough confined with Gale, yes. I also encountered it, when he tried to show me his magic ... But that was fixed recently, as much I heard. Gale was a little disappointed, when I chose another option -- but he gets over it 🙂 already.

This game had almost no hype. The first time most people had ever heard of it existing was when it told Tears of the Kingdom to hold its beer.

I felt like this was a Dragon Age: inquisition lite... If they DA gas gotten rid of the Hinterland's syndrome, we would have had this game. Further, it's limited system release feels like a desperate push to be excuse to be exclusive as opposed to good. I feel like there are many RPGs you love, like FF16, that as an old school RPG player I would want to battle you on their quality. I respect you y feelings, but would debate them to the end.

@@HellFireRPGs for me it has to do with immersion... I think what lacks in new RPGs isn't story or involvement, but immersion... At no point in this game or FF16 did I feel like I was the character... I miss the imagination the early FF, Dragon Quest and Baldur's Gate took... Just like playing on a table top, you had to feel involved, just not get involved... A subtle difference perhaps, but one worthy of discussion.

@@pmtazekielyou've been polite and TRIED defending it. However, your defence failed. How is the game better immersion when you have respawning enemies? A few examples: in BG3 you can do what you can't do in DAI - you can kill everyone, your allies, characters that seem to be crucial to the plot. But the game, like a good game master, WILL let do it. And it will give you a way to do things in different ways. AND face the consequences. The twists in BG3 were more unexpected, imo. How many ppl would expect to see for example vlakith being difrectly involved? The way you can persuade, lie, sneak, outright kill your "problems" gives you more freedom. You could say: I don't like turn-based combat, the art style. I preferred companions in DAI (I think the ones in BG3 are more interesting). Sure they could be irritating at times, they aren't your friends from the beginning. But you can see them evolve much more than i DAI, how they start working and respecting each other. In conclusion, there are differences between the two games. There are ppls preference. But immersion, the way the world differently reacts to your choices, the similarity to TTRPG... BG3 wins hands down.

New to reviews, huh? Thats cool. The purpose of a review is to summarise the major aspects of the game and provide an opinion on them, all to help others determine if they should buy the game or not.
