This small and inconspicuous workout is currently part of my daily exercise routine. It really packs a punch! I've been doing it for about two weeks now and can see significant strengthening and toning in my upper back. So thank you for uploading this video, I really like some of your exercises!

Would love to see more full body 30 to 50 minutes body that incorporates cardio and strength and flexibility. Been doing your workouts for almost a year and still find them challenging and effective.

I love this workout. I am muscular but somehow have back fat. I love how well defined your back is and how simple this is. I think, hope, this will help me be more graceful, have a better toned back and forearms.

Question, whenever I actually put my shoulders back and do anything in that position, it feels like my shoulder blades are grating against something else and its very uncomfortable. I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong but can somebody tell me what to change?
