Not a dancer but super helpful to strengthen my feet, calves and ankles that are so wobbly! I'm sweating just from doing it. You all are athletes for doing this as a job ❤

This video has changed my life! I am not a dancer. I have had chronic foot pain for years. I decided to seek strengthening foot exercises instead of pain relief in shoes, inserts, surgery, shots. This WORKED!! I am doing these every day and my feet are miraculously pain-free!! I do them after a heavy work out. I can wear cute shoes again, as long as I keep doing these exercises daily or 2x a day. Thank you!!

Working with you I started desperately holding onto the barre then graduated to performing all of the exercise balanced in the center. My feet are soooo strong. Thank you!

ive never done ballet in my life, but i decided to strengthen my calves to improve my blood flow! I'm only 2 weeks in but my edema is significantly improved now, no massages or acupuncture or painkiller needed for me so far. I'm already 23 years old but hopefully i can get more flexible to be able to do this exercise better 😂😂😂😂😂

@@StardustDanceAcademy yes they helped, even after 3 days my feet are alot stronger and don't get tired after long walking, i do them two times a day for a few minutes. Thank you, will share this video to my friends.

I am a sprinter struggling with achilles tendinopathy for about 3 years and thought ballet feet workouts would be the best place to come. This seemed to be a great start, any other tips?

can these exercises help to increase the arch and reshape the foot ?(mine got lessened due to poor shoe choices)

Yes they can help increase the strength and shape of your arch - try doing them daily for a few weeks and let me know if you see/feel a difference :)
