This class uses simple exercises to help you break in your Pointe shoes and strengthen your legs, ankles and feet. Focus on your muscles pulling your body weight out of your feet while staying all the way over the box of your shoe. Proper alignment is important throughout the class. Make sure that shoulders are over hips, hips are over knees and knees are over toes throughout the movements.
