Ingredients:
3-4 rolls sotanghon
200-250 grams pancit canton
4 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
150 grams pork
50 grams chicken liver
80 grams chicken meat
2 pieces chorizo de bilbao
30 grams dried earwood mushrooms
1 medium carrot
50 grams cabbage
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 piece chicken cube
4-4 1/2 cups chicken stock or water (add as needed)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
spring onions
cooking oil
