1 1/2 cup Flour
1 Cup Oats
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
3/4 cup Milk
1/3 Cup Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 Bananas
Serves 20
~ 200 calories per serving ~

Sodium : 296mg

Protein : 4g
