Direction
Allow 3/4 quart strawberry ice cream to soften for 30 minutes.
Spray Springform Pan with non stick cooking spray. Line springform pan with a piece of parchment paper 6" x 30". You can use a paperclip to hold the loose edges together.
Put 20 Oreos or Oreos type cookies in a food processor and pulse to the consistency of sand.
Add 4 TBS melted butter and pulse just enough to distribute the melted butter.
Pour cookie mixture into prepared pan. Smash down with hands and spead crust evenly accross the bottom.
Slice 2 bananas. Place banana slices on top of the crust and place in freezer for 15 minutes minimum.
After 15 minutes scoop on 3/4 quart of strawberry ice cream. Spread evenly accross and place back into the freezer for 1 hour minimum.
Scoop 1 cup of strawberry topping on top of strawberry ice cream and spread evenly. Place in freezer for another hour.
Allow chocolate ice cream to soften for 30 minutes before scooping onto the strawberry topping. Spread evenly. Freeze for 1 hour.
Spread 8 ounces of slightly heated hot fudge on top of chocolate ice cream. Freeze for 1 hour.
Allow 3/4 quart vanilla ice cream to soften for 30 minutes before scooping onto the hot fudge. Spread evenly. Freeze 1 hour.
Combine 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 2 TBS sugar. Mix on high for 3 to 5 minutes until you see soft peaks.
Remove cake from springform pan. Remove parchment paper.
Spread 1/2 Cup Pineapple Topping on top. This is expensive if you can find it so here is an easy recipe. ( Combine 1/2 cup crushed pinneapple, 1 TBS lemon juice and 1/2 TBS Brown Sugar. Heat over med high heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Let cool)
Use and icing bag with large tip or a large baggie with the corner cut to make "balls" around the edge of the cake.
Place cherries onto whipped cream. Serve and Enjoy. Please Like and Subscribe.
