I bought it when it was first release back in over 20 years ago watch it every winter so at least 50 times plus KZitem shorts so many good memorable moments. What surprise me recently is how close up the shots are on the characters.

I’ve watched the show maybe 6 times since I first saw it about 3-4 months ago (the show is several years older than me, so don’t come after me for not watching it earlier), and I still feel like I lean more about each character every time I watched it. I love how naturally the characters interact with each other, and how well all the friendships are portrayed.

I love these videos you make about band of brothers and completely agree. Although I would like to add to what you said about doc roe here, because yes he doesn't seem to want to connect to people the same way. But I feel like it might be more that he wants to care for each and everyone there so if he were to find one group that he had a strong friendship with I don't think he could have put the same care into all the other soldiers as he did. The quote, to love with all my heart, I think there is so much to that and that describes doc so well

Gosh, I’ve probably watched the entirety of the series no fewer than 30 times? It set me on a path of knowledge about WWII. I’ve read most of the guys books as well. They are all such intriguing men, but experiencing the leadership of Dick Winters, even just through the screen, was life changing.
