Thanks for the feedback! I have some suggestions that will help when you go again. Marrowbone Lake is one of the most challenging lakes I fish, and many people get skunked. Why? This is a deep and somewhat clear-water lake, and fish spend most of their time in deep water and move to the bank in shallow water to feed on cloudy days, at night, and at sunrise. It's all about light intensity; they don't want to be seen. Today, the average cloud cover is 61%, and the AccuLunen Brightness Index is 7 (bright). As a result, the catfish were deep and away from the bank. On a day like this, I would never have bankfished Marrowbone Lake. The lesson here is clear: bankfishing at Marrowbone Lake on a bright day often leads to disappointment. For the best chance of catching catfish, I recommend using the AccuWeather app on your phone. Look for a day with 90% or more cloud cover and an AccuLume Brightness of 3 or less. These weather conditions are when the fish are more likely to be shallow and at the bank, making it the perfect time for fishing. I have another video on my KZitem channel: " How To Catch Catfish That You Can Eat From Spring-Fed Clean Water Marrowbone Lake Near Nashville, TN" In it, I cover when to fish and show two catfish hotspots and the bait I use. Following the advice in this video and fishing on a 90% or more cloudy day at sunrise can significantly increase your chances of catching catfish. I'm confident that this approach will lead to success. Do this, and let me know how you do! Note: The TWRA stocked the lake with eating-size catfish in April and June of 2024, and there are plenty of catfish in the lake,
