Good video. A car park should not be built on a waterfront or a beach. What should be there is a coconut tree park with beach sand as the floor, and then build a large and beautiful mall that is only for dinning, music and entertainment. A boat terminal/dock should be part of or adjacent to that entertainment mall. The existing road facing the waterfront should be removed and reconstructed at the back of those shops facing the existing road. A large multi-storeys carpark should be constructed behind the new road. If for example, the state is forward thinking, multiple skyscrapers should be constructed to face the waterfront after the relocation of the road and the expansion of the waterfront. In any event, the waterfront should be expanded.

Why do these governors build roads without proper demarcation of lanes, side walks, and street lights. We need to start demanding better roads with side walls and street lights. If they can build proper roads in Abuja they should be able to build it everywhere in the country.

It's time Anambra state government take development of that state seriously, state government should step in and take up this project for goodness sake, Soludo should invite world class developer who will bring beautiful design in this area, they should look for a place to site another modern market for those traders within that axis, government should level the place for better and modern structures like highland buildings, skyscrapers, 7 star hotels, office buildings for cooperate bodies.

I have been saying it,everywhere must not be market....They should employ road sweepers or sweeping machines to keep the roads clean from dirt and sand. They should get landlords to lsndscape the front houses either on concrete or grasses.Every house should be painted at least once every 2 or 3 years.lmagine the employment these policies would create while beautifying the state. The whole of the waterway should be developed, from here to the state border, clear and transformed, like they are doing here with boat jettty and recreational parks, waterparks and other amenities. The drain should be clean to look spotless without a single rubbish and plant grass and flower by the side.

@chimaezeenwerem8897 That is the essence of the lowering of standards in Nigeria. If you hang a shower head off center, does it not work? Of course it works, but excellence, quality and doing things the right way demands you center it. If you are writing in any language -English, Ibo, French, Swahili etc, you need to follow the rules. I used the shower example because I'm building a house and this new Nigerian mediocrity mindset is something I'm dealing with everyday.

@@Goforit2nite you are still in the colonial man's mindset, I have a different thought process from you bro, you do not use perfection in language as a case study in the scenario of doiing things perfectly. The essence of good communication is, has the information been understood, as long as the information has been well understood, good communication has been established, mind you one can speak very fluent English or any other language and communication is still not established, I have lived for many years and interact with people that own this English language and have realised that most of the nonsense rubbish colonial orientation they impacted in Nigerians, they don't practise it, no one here cares about your perfect proficient English language anymore what they care about here is good communication.
