Great episode! What a beautiful community. I was shocked at how territorial they were. There are probably many more reasons for them not wanting visitors to fish there. There are perhaps fewer and fewer fish since overfishing impacts the whole underwater ecosystem. It’s so lovely to see that, at the end of the day, you all connected and worked together and learned from each other. You’re all doing great! I’m so freaking impressed everyone you sailed through bad weather or storms. ⛵️

This is so interesting. You want to make a difference and make a positive impact, but I am impressed that you guys show with transparency that making change is not as easy as just having good intentions. There are a lot of pieces to put together, and there are plenty of people who would rather you didn't change a thing. In fact, some people consider your actions as offensive. The confusion is so real. The fear you feel is so real. Thank you for showing that change is not easy, no matter how you slice it, no matter if you put turquoise waters and coconuts in the picture.

this is so true, and its so hard going out there with all the best intentions and then some people just don't want any of it... but doesn't mean we will stop trying.

Great episode, the first thing you must do once you drop the hook in all pacific islands is go and meet the chief of the village to get permission to be there, a little pressie goes a long way too. Will take a look at your past episodes

What a great example of different cultures and the importance of a good first impression. Sorry y'all got off on the wrong foot, but it was cool to see how an apology and communication built bridges and forged such a strong connection by the end.

Ladies. Congratulation for you. You are good and you do good things. For days I watched your boats from the shore, from my terrace, thinking, what is your story? Now that I've seen the video, maybe I understand a little. 🙂 Take care of yourselves. Good wind, and good luck. Oh, one more thing! The video showed, sometimes, also dived. And, if marine biology, the reef called "Sleeping Baraccuda", visionaries are needed. I've dived in a lot of places, but I've never seen anything like this. Ask the resort for a guide on all kinds of! These waters are not harmless... Greetings, Krisztián, from Hungary...

Cool video. As Island soils are normally not rich, growing crops is difficult. I am the custodian of the Seven Seas Ldz Project and is also doing research on sustainable development. If one can raise funds to install anearobic digesters for communties, they can convert all organic waste into super rich fertilizer to plant crops like cabbage which they can ferment and its probiotics for free. Many studies has shown that probiotics can keep blood pressure healthy7.,
