In this Banoffee Tiramisu recipe, you get all the delicious flavours of banoffee banana and caramel, and with an added tiramisu style coffee twist, mascarpone, fresh cream and savoiardi (ladyfingers biscuits) but in layers. The dessert makes a gorgeous centerpiece in little cups ideal for a party. Buon Appetito!

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon (10.6 grams) Espresso instant coffee
- 300 ml (10.14 oz) Hot water
-16.9 oz (500 ml) Whipping heavy cream
- 17.64 oz (500 grams) Mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons (56.7 grams) Sugar
- 2 teaspoons (9.85 ml) Pure vanilla extract
- 10.6 oz (300 grams) Caramel Sauce Homemade or purchased (I'm using in this recipe Torani Caramel Sauce)
- 3 Bananas
- Some lemon juice for the bananas
- 1 Pack of Savoiardi (Ladyfingers biscuits)
Ingredients for the decoration:
- Some unsweetened cocoa powder for dust
