Most interesting. A valuable food for thought for smallhoder farmers trapped by the failed sugarcane farming projects of Nyando basin Kisumu county. Kamiluokori okituoe!

Here is my issue as a Kenyan, we have those students that spend time in university, can't the be seconded to learn the efficient practices of farming from other nations and then implement them in Kenya? Why do we always have to rely on the mzungu to solve our problems? We have a culture of wanting everything cheap and without putting in effort in learning an implementing. Knowledge sharing is a key factor as well as developing our won methods. We need those students to add value to the country.
