Whenever the body is subjected to a certain amount of stress...exercise , some hunger it makes the body a stronger organism. Qigong such as Paidalajin and others brings stress and oxygen into the body and puts the energy fields of the body in proper order

Doctors(most quacks)cant give me a sensible solution, just saying its something I gotta live with. I'm NOT obese but it makes me look obese! We heard that from the beginning of our time here in America. breakfast food (cereal,pancakes, eggs,sausage ect...lunch sandwich, apple, milk, ect... dinner speggetti, or steak and potatoes, beans & corn bread ect...) yes, that is call programmed. or better yet, maybe its called brain washing.

If ye love me, keep my commandments. John 14:15 KJV Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: Exodus 20:8-9 KJV Saturday is the day of the Lord The claim that Christ by his death abolished his Father’s law, is without foundation. Had it been possible for the law to be changed or set aside, then Christ need not have died to save man from the penalty of sin. The death of Christ, so far from abolishing the law, proves that it is immutable. The Son of God came to “magnify the law, and make it honorable.” [Isaiah 42:21.] He said, “Think not that I am come to destroy the law;” “till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in nowise pass from the law.” [Matthew 5:17, 18.] And concerning himself he declares, “I delight to do thy will, O my God; yea, thy law is within my heart.” [Psalm 40:8.] GC88 466.3 Ecclesiastes 12:13 KJV Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

What kind of silly statistic is that 58% of animal protein is usable? All animal proteins are alike? And all meats sources are the same quality? No.
@Manfromron
5 жыл бұрын
@@dlee3728 No. There is a world of difference. Do yourself a favor. Check out the studies done by Dr. Walter Veith, a physiologist from South Africa. His teams compared viability and bioavailability of animal vs plant sourced protein, amungst other criteria. Also keep in mind gorillas and elephants are vegan. Plant protein is also cheaper and lacks the toxic load that meat saddles the body with.
@dlee3728
5 жыл бұрын
@@Manfromron I've studied vegan science up to my eyeballs. My conclusion is that it's a well meaning, sincere pursuit, but virtually always conflates animal muscle flesh with animal organ-meat, as well as factory meat and pasture-raised meat. And unless you're a gorilla or an elephant, that's truly a silly argument, sorry. Nevertheless, I'll give Dr. Walter Veith a quick look and see how much ground he covers, or if he's just succumbing to selection bias. Cheers

MihaelaV68 The more educated you are the more you understand that we have a creator , not a process, we are of a such complexity , we the humans, that is impossible to not see it I did not say religion , because in the name of religion millions of people were killed and so on . Basically i say we have a creator and we owe Him our worship ( recognition and respect) Evolution is also a religion. That is a fact You can’t prove it. Read the bible and recognize God’s authority and you will discover Him at personal level .
@Chronicles_of_a_Layman

MihaelaV68 The bible is the key of the true education, it tells you were are coming and were are you going, is no other source that can be trusted . Education is applied information, right? So what source of education do you have and who is behind. Up to this moment , the bible has the answer for all( I didn’t say religion)
