I made this yesterday on my WSM and the chicken came out wonderful. I just used the AP and BBQ Rubs to season two whole chickens, cut up. I did everything else just like the recipe and the chicken was perfect - terrific smoky flavor and very tender and juicy. I was generous with the mop, but I still had about 2 cups left, so I put it in a ziptop bag in the freezer. I will use it as a marinade when I'm cooking a smaller meal.

@@TheVoice010 Honesty this mopping sauce is one of the best kept secrets in BBQ'ing. Its really more or less a tenderizer to keep it moist and it adds some flavor. But it's definitely not masking anything at all, it just brings the flavors out more. It's a lot different than slathering it with a thick sugary sauce every half hour. I always do my chicken this way, highly recommend!
