True bro I lost 50+ kgs in 1 year and then chased six pack but realised it’s not sustainable and now I’ve set goal to get shredded in 5yrs, it’s time taking and consumes you a lot. But ultimately gym gives me happiness, not addiction but being in touch with my roots.

I once dropped 13 kgs to reach 63kg Trust me, it was simply not sustainable When I switched back to normal deit after an injury, I quickly gained all those kilos back. So I made up my mind that I will eat everything that I like (in limited portions) but be consistent with workouts. The results arent that great but I feel really healthy.

Hiit (with small dumbbells 12-15lbs) is the way to go to maintain already built lean muscle body. Maybe not 6 pack but twice a week will definitely help maintain muscle shape. You can still do 1-2 days of proper weights.. squats.. deadlifts.
