IMO, there's never been a definitive "ladder series" in the US. Of course, everybody would start with karts and spend some time in Formula Ford 1600. After that? Where to go, where to go...
I did some research..Huysman worked for Skippy's organization for a few years, but seems to have returned to Europe and started a kart racing school or something. I think anybody who follows sportscar racing knows why Jeremy Dale quit, even though he'd gone up the ladder a little further than some of the other guys in this race.
I really don't know where the hell John Cochran went.
Feldman moved on to Corvette Challenge and Indy Lights, but I can't find anything about what he did after that. As always, folks doing the 'detective work' about this stuff are more than welcome to post up in the comments. :D
And I could swear I have one of those Barber SAAB Pro Series caps somewhere in all my crap, but I can't find it at the moment. They used to put them in the 'goodie bags' for marshals if you worked an IMSA weekend. I'll bet y'all two Euros that any of the Joe Camel stuff they gave us back then would get me more money in an eBay auction.. 3:)
