On Tuesday, 21st September - the UN International Day of Peace - join us as we walk through central London to draw attention to one of the world's worst and most neglected humanitarian crises.
The Lord's Resistance Army started its reign of terror in Uganda 24 years ago, and is now spread across the Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Republic and South Sudan. The LRA is notorious for abducting children and forcing them to become child soldiers and sexual slaves. The rebels carry out atrocities on a horrific scale, including mutilating and massacring innocent civilians.

Place: St. Martin-in-the-fields, Trafalgar Square
Walking time: 45 mins
Destination: Africa Centre, 38 King Street (near Covent Garden tube)
