The unit in the trailer is a piece to admire. Thanks Tom for sharing these rarities.

I dont see this man as being eccentric. I see him as an engineering genius. The two models in the trailer are awesome and something like that takes a very talented person to design and build. And myself being a biker and a Harley rider for 30 years, the Corbin with the Harley engine I would love to see actually finished and driving. Very cool collection.

Those suspension units are hydrolastic or hydrogas, from a Metro or an Allegro or similar Leyland / Austin cars.

Definetly Hydragas and most likely from an Austin Allegro.

This fella is clueless about the need for a differential for the rear on that Dominos trike, it's basic physics that if you have two drive wheels in the rear that only want to go forward and one steering wheel in the front to turn that two overpowers one every day of the year.

Weird useless stuff. Alot of engineering involved but no practical use. Interesting but a very small nitch of active people chasing these things.
