In 86 u got a box w combo lock . I’d forget it sometimes, and would end up having to do push-ups for every time I forgot my combination. The barracks I lived in had rats as big as cats . I remember firewatch , and sandflies, heat exhaustion. I had a night in navy hospital, and got a blowjob from a civilian lady . I remember the day of graduation , our drill instructors told us they hated us , and that we were the worst platoon of marines he had to graduate . And then made lay in sandboxes and roll around , 20 mins before graduation. I have a tattoo that says semper fidelis, and at this point , don’t even give a shit .
