Barrel Roll from Double-Leg Defense
Keys: when opponent is in deep on a double leg and both of your arms are over his. First, get tight waist with your right arm around opponents stomach. Second, step up with your left leg, pinching your calf to your thigh while blocking his knee. Thirdly, grab opponents shoelace with left hand and lift up, trying to get his heel to his butt. Lastly, roll towards ur left shoulder while keeping ahold of opponent foot until the roll is completed and you can circle around for the takedown.
