Api apny jo gheee banana bataya tha na, wese me ne try kia.. but I didn't work well. I didn't know what I did wrong. Rub krty waqt cream mere hand k nichy nhi arhi thi. Kia usko hand k nichy rub krna zaruri hy? Or meri cream me milk k drops nhi thy. Should I add some milk or water drops? Or kese pata chalta hy k butter ban gaya? Please help

Mam kya ham chena rasgulla ki bols ko chasni me na unalkar bhap se paka sakaten hai esse hare rasgulle bilkul nahi tutenge aur ese steam karne k bad chasni me 2 , 3 ghante k liye dal den jisse chasni rasgulle pi len aur mithe ho jayen

Matlab mam kya ham esko chasni m na pakakar bhap se pakakar fir dhudh m dal sakate hain aur kya mam ham chene rasgulle ko bhi bhap se pakakar chasni m dal kar rat bhar k liye chod den to kya parfect banenge pleas mam bataaye.

@@DineshSingh-ki1rfIdea bura nahi hai..I want to give it a try. I think angoori rasgulle steam karne se tootne lagenge..Usually bhaap mein chhena ka block pakane se steamed sandesh banaya jata hai. Shop se laye hue steamed sandesh ke pieces ke upar kabhi kabhi chasni dali hui hoti hai (Normally ye nahi hota). Yahan change karke agar sandesh ke pieces ko flat dish pe arrange kar ke upar se doodh ka ras dalte hai, acha sa dessert ban jayega.

मॅडम रसगुल्ला यांच्यावर झाक येण्यासाठी मी मैद्याचा वापर केला होता परंतु वरुण रसगुल्ले जाळीदार झाले व खालच्या बाजूने ते रबरासारखे झाले जाळी पडली नाही त्यासाठी कोणती कृती करावी प्लीज सांगा मॅडम
