Recipe of basic dough for pizza, naan, shawarma bread
Unbleached all purpose flour 3 cups
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
Warm water 1 3/4 cups
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Method
Mix all dry ingredients, add olive oil and mix them on low speed for 20 seconds in mixing bowl with hook attachment. Now add warm water slowly in flour and keep the speed slow to form the dough. When dough is formed then knead it for 1 minute to make it more smooth and airy. In a bowl brush some oil and place dough in it, cover it and keep in fridge for 3,4 hours or in warm place for an hour until it rises double in size. You can keep the dough in fridge for 5,6 days to make pizza, naan or shawarma bread.
Serving: 1 big pizza or 8 naans or 8 shawarma bread
