DAYM bro . You really are banging in tricking. I miss training cause I have a back injury(my lower left back hurts when I lean forward or back) But I hope I can get to your level one day If you got any tips on how to fix my back, don't hesitate to tell me pls and thx❤

Maybe the back problem is due to imbalance or just weak core in general. I had some back pain when I trained tricking too much without lifting weights. Single leg deadlift is the best exercise for tricking because you get stronger legs, back and core in a way that mimics swings and stuff we do in tricking while balancing the big muscle groups if you train it to be equally strong on both sides.
