I was using the wrong shape of the glass for a long time with a client I am working with now! I was using a flat surface of the glass and it looks so bad when rendered! You saved me 👌Thanks Bro 👍

Hey Arthur, I checked out the video on your free training guide but I am not at the right stage yet to book a session. Can you only get the script if you fit your program atm? or am I looking in the wrong place? Cheers

Can anyone help? I am at 12mins 30 and using version R23. When I close the polygon hole I don’t see any of these lines no matter which Display I put it in. Should I be manually cutting the same lines then?

Nice tutorial! One question: How did you make the watch flatter at 5:00? When I am doing exactly what you did, I just move the bottom wall UP or DOWN. The rest is not moving with the bottom. Could you help me please?

So the watch is not getting flatter, the bottom is just moving.

Your faces aren't connected with the rest of the object. You need to align all your points when you want it to close and hit optimize to merge them together. You'll see if you create a new cylinder and try to move the top and bottom faces that they aren't connected. But clicking optimize merges the points together.

Being my first tutorial with a lot of modeling I kept it very basic. Please rate with honest feelings. If I get positive feedback I'll make more modeling tutorials and vise versa. Part 2 Will be out tomorrow!
