Check out Tim Warrick from Vocal Spectrum. Dude LOVES just hanging onto notes. He nearly gets a full 30 seconds on his last note. As a tenor, these guys have my respect. @@philbertchow5425 Actually it was something called subharmonics. It’s basically adding fry to your note and it drops the bite by an octave. So in reality he’s singing an Eb2 but it comes out as an Eb1

My Dad loved to sing and when I was very young he would sing to me. He would jokingly say he was going down to the basement to get his special voice because I loved it when he sang "low". Thanks for the memories.

When I was in choir, I wanted my voice to be deep. I didn’t want to be a tenor. My sister thought I was crazy. Now that I am actually here I love it! I am sick and can hit a lot of these notes haha. Sounds like I’m burping on some of them. I think bass is fun!

@@bruh-sc6le Yeah that's pretty damn good. I think normal low range for baritone is about E2 so you're even below that which is great! I'm 15 and was a definite baritone a few weeks ago hitting F2 at lowest, but after some practicing of techniques and stuff I've actually manged to hit some of these notes (E1 lowest chest) which is really fun and incredible

@@sgejkwkwkail4423 E2 is lower end of baritone which is pretty fair. D7 though is incredibly high, not even on the piano. An average soprano goes up to about E6 so if you really can go up to D7 then that's one hell of a voice to be proud of. Overall: Baritone - Soprano+

After watching your videos for ages, I'm so happy that my dreams of being a bass singer are slowly coming true. I had a vocal auditioned at the university I plan on attending and I got a spot as a bass in the choir. But not only that, I was also invited to be the bass in the schools southern gospel quartet!! I credit a lot of it to my abnormally resonate low choir notes (low D through G are my most resonate notes, including mid range noted). I hit a low G that made the judges eyes pop during my audition and that hurt my head because I mean it like REALLY resonated

My lowest note, that I can project with enough power, is a C#2. Last year it was an E2. I really hope growing up lets my voice deepen a little more cause I really wanna get that first octave. I can hit B1 1 day out of 3 but only immediately after waking up :(

If this cheers you up, a year ago I was only able to hit E2 in a good day, today I can always hit C#2 and I can get to A1 with half chest-half fry. I'm 26 now, I never thought I would manage to achieve that being so old. Apparently though, Basses/bass-baritones hit maturity until late 20s so that explains it.

Your voice will go deeper as you grow up but also it goes deeper if you are practicing low notes! My lowest note for example was C2 for many years but when I discovered other bass singers and realized that they can go like C1 or something I started practicing and it took like 3 weeks until I got C1 as well

Good video. I think the G1 by Rodney is my favorite. Rodney Britt and Robert Guy have my favorite bass voices. Other guys can get lower, but their voices still sound musical even at G1, not as rattle-y.

Damn. That's some pretty deep stuff. Lol. Baritone here, so I wouldn't be able to reach that depth and still project it that far, unless I use my vocal fry. People claim the voice is already too deep, but last I checked, I could hit an A1, and comfortably sing F2. Probably lower.

I'd give the vote to the last E1, it had some moxie/resonance behind it, the Eb1 was pretty good plus he went down and up to boot. The C1 is something else, although - maybe recording quality? - it didn't have the resonance of the E1. Singing it in the first place is downright incredible in itself though. I can do it if I have bronchitis though that doesn't count as a voice.

The Brazilian guy goes so low I can either not hear it because of my brain, or because that shet phone just doesn't catch enough low freq. Holy Obrigado!

Same here. Can't get THAT low like on the video. That's impossible. (I've heard so many women try to argue that they're a "female baritone" and can hit c2. No. No you can't. You might be able to fry it out for a second but anybody can fry out a low note.)

I never thought someone with no testicles could make this noise, I thought it required three,haha. Jokes aside, she's the Female Zlatopolsky.(If you dont know who that is, Mikhail Zlatopolsky is a reaaaalllly low bass, who makes regular basses sound like children)

After researching a bit, my conclusion is that Ken Turner is a subharmonics master :) Haven't heard anyone use it as low or as full as him yet
