How come people keep forgetting comic-book logic? “If you didn’t see him die, he didn’t really-die.” (Bale’s Wayne blew-up the League-of-Shadows headquarters (with ninjas still physically-inside (at the very least, we didn’t-see all-of-them exit-the-headquarters before the-headquarters blew up)). Animated-Batman [from Batman-The-Animated-Series] punched the-Joker off the top of a moving train onto [the top of] a giant smokestack [and Joker fell all-the-way to the bottom of it][.] (and yet Joker appeared the-very-next-episode or a-couple-of-episodes-later). Kilmer-Batman let Tommy-Lee-Jones Two-Face fall-down a huge shaft into some *really*-jagged-rocks at the bottom. Clooney-Batman’s bad-guys haven’t died. (Bane is still-alive. Isley is still-alive, but in jail. Fries is in-jail but, doing-his-research in the Arkham laboratories to find a cure for his wife’s medical-condition (the disease she has))). The-Batman kills *in SELF-*DEFENSE* *. PERIOD. [Any cop will tell you, there’s a difference between killing-in-cold-blood and killing-in-self-defense. Even James-Bond can tell you that.] It’s when the weenies started complaining about “Batman is killing 😭” that they pussified him*. (Just-like when some people couldn’t-handle Married-With-Children’s jokes they tried to pussify-the-show (fortunately (as far as I know, anyway) they failed [to pussify-the-show])). *(and gave him a phobia of Death. And made him [even] physically-save the Bad-guys that were committing-suicide on their own accord).

Everyone is talking about Batman killed these goons, but nobody talks about he blew up the freaking CHEMICAL PLANT not so far from living city. With some kind of "Highly Toxic" stuff that we could see there earlier. Btw, this chemical plant is the weirdest one that I've ever seen in all kind of art - from books to videogames. Even stereotypical "floors flooded with green stuff" in Doom look more dangerous than stuff in there. In the first "Axis" scene no one were wearing gasmasks, in shootout there were a lot of damaged machinery and chemical leaks - and no one was hurt in process - well, maybe cops got splashed by.. something steamy? (not sure cause there was a LOT of smoke and steam effects), but they even didn't try to get rid of it - and just back away like it was just water and it's uncomfortable - to shoot at someone being sprayed in the face by water. Joker himself smashed chemical tank with AXE instead of shooting it from a distance like there was harmless paint in this tank. And he fell into that "green stuff" later, but this is okay, one of many - ok, this is artistic film, not the "safety video-instruction". And maybe this is another artistic move of "everything will seem even more dangerous if no one is wearing gasmasks among the smoking and steaming and even leaking chemical machinery." But... well, all of this even isn't the opinion of some kind of criticism, that's just strange experience that I got from AXIS factory in this movie. I'm interested - and what can any of you say about those things?)

Still a killer.🤷🏾♂️ The writers didn't have to do this. He could've beat up the thugs, had them all arrested, then blew up the factory so nobody had to die. Rest in peace to those thugs... they probably had kids and families...😔 All BS to the side. KEEP THAT SAME ENERGY TOWARDS Zack Snyder's batman too. I can come up with a lame excuse for him killing in that movie too.

@@tank100286 actually, the only reason I have a problem with Batman’s killing in bvs is because he hates Superman for killing but then kills making him a hypocrite. Also, Batman did not have nearly enough time to arrest all the thugs and then blow up the factory since he still had to stop jokers parade.

Adam West: I don’t have a beer but I got my shark repellent. I actually saw an episode of the Adam West Batman where he was pinned down so he reached into his utility belt and pulled out a bat grenade. While I never seen Adam West get any kills the fact that he had a grenade and used it begs the question if his Batman was willing to take a life or two lol

I keep thinking that there's two munitions for the guns Real to cut out holes, and rubber for soft targets, and concussion bombs Possibly there's a deleted scene or two showing him dropping some solvents into the vats to counteract the Joker's concoction and the resulting explosion was...unexpected

I think the biggest part of the Wayne / Batman character that Keaton solidified was an on-screen portrayal of someone who truly has 2 distinct sides to their personality. The 2 personas almost don't seem to be played by the same actor! Love Bale's performance (minus the increasingly raspy Batman voice), but his Bruce Wayne playboy persona always seemed a bit shallow, unrealistic, uninteresting - the Bruce Wayne he portrayed when interacting with Alfred or Fox was significantly more interesting / convincing. Pattinson - well, how no one has figured out his Bruce Wayne is Batman or had him committed is beyond me. He basically just played Batman in the suit and in different clothes. Batfleck had a lot of promise and flashes of greatness...just poor studio management of the character.
