Fun fact eleccross and aqua cross get the same amount of extra damage out of the bubblethunder combo. Aqua gets an extra 100 damage from the chip charge, and elec gets an extra 100 damage from the +50x2

Really good chip, kinda hard to dodge online, can be paired with either Machine gun or Uninstall itself, and has a status effect so good it goes over to Star Force. This chip is elite.

It's hard to take the 3o3 face seriously but it is the most reliable and used chip in bn6. Especially the bubble propriety which no other chip or attack did so far.

BS64: Got a question for ye, what does more damage? Using the Bubble/Doll3 combo with Aqua Cross or with Elec Cross? That's right it's Aqua Cross, because charging is stronger than the bonus. BS64: What d'you mean? Numberman: They're both 500 damage. BS64: But Aqua charging is stronger than Elec bonus. Numberman: I know, but they're both 500 damage. BS64: What?

I have a better answer for you: It's elec cross. Because bubble 3 doesn't combo with doll 3 & elecdragon, but bubble 2 does, and that one deals 80 dmg.

@@jupitermonkey5687 when I think of slightly awkward codes, I think U, K or Y, and R code is far from an awkward code, it has a lot of great things, which includes bubble 3 into doll 3

You should also note that if the opponent jumps to your side of the field and hit gets by bubblestar, they'll be sent back to their original panel while bubbled then get hit again removing the bubble. Happened to me once during an online match.

Not multiplayer related but that reminds me of something funny that happened when I was fighting ProtoManFZ. I triggered his weird shield counter thing and hit him with BubbleStar 3 as he jumped in front of me. (And got a counter hit on top of that) He got sent back to I believe his front column, where the star hit him again and popped the bubble... And then he moved to his back row and _got hit a third time and got bubbled. Again._ By the time I finally blasted him with DollThunder 3 I was in hysterics over it.

Oh hey, I can provide some additional insight here for once! I ran a looot of experiments on Bubblestar interactions when farming my ProtomanSP Sub5 video and discovered some... quirks. * As you mentioned, you can 2x-3x if the opponent is moving backwards OR had teleported forwards * If you Bubblestar them atop an Ice panel AND they were directly in front of you, they will be Bubbled instead of Frozen (but still consume the ice panel!) * Counter Hitting with BubbleStar will net you full synchro but the opponent will be Bubbled/Frozen over Counter Stunned ... if they weren't directly in front of you lol Finally, combine all those quirks together and you'll have setups ready to sub5 ProtomanSP without mega/giga chips. ._.

A unique chip, since it gives a status effect you don't see anywhere else in the game. Also always feels great when dodging it. Also, you can't mash to get out of it? That's a shame, though not for the person using it.

you can actually mash out of it, you can even notice the animation going faster when you mash

IIRC, the chip don't actually cover the whole field, but is a set pattern, so sending it from the bottom row would make it unable to hit the top row, did I remember that correctly?
