Two sprains of my right foot and one major sprain of my left ankle all in 2020. Definitely slowed down my progression and caused moments of discouragement. This year has been hard for many people, but definitely a learning experience, and I believe most of us will handle the upcoming years better than ever before. This winter my goals are to make my ankles and feet stronger than ever as well as the rest of my body so that once the weather gets warm again I can confidently dive back into Parkour and Freerunning at 100%. Great things are coming in 2021 I can promise you that! :)
