Yeaaaaa idk about that. I think ur underestimating sports lmao... This is impressive but no where near stressful to the body compared to, let's say basketball.
@ToanTheNomad
Жыл бұрын
@@GucciLee27i think YOU are underestimating how much energy it takes to just do ONE set of breakin’ moves. Especially at the same level of intensity, speed, and complexity that Issin is demonstrating here. In sports, there are brief moments when you have to go all-out but only for like 5-10 seconds at most. Most of the time is spent conserving energy and making strategic plays. That’s why 1:1 basketball is way more intense than 5:5 or 10:10 team games. In contrast, as a bboy you must go all out for at least 30-60 seconds which is insanely more difficult lol. And if you are battling 1:1 for multiple rounds, then you only get to rest for as long as your opponent takes to throw their set. Team battles gives you more time to rest in-between, but you are still expected to perform at a high-intensity for up to a minute during your set.
@ToanTheNomad
Жыл бұрын
Also, basketball is confined to a specific set of rules and moveset. I’d assume that going for a dunk or jump-rebound is likely the most physically demanding move (which you don’t do for more than once in a sequence, ie: combo’ing a dunk into another dunk). In breakin’, you can combo multiple airflares into windmills into headspins into flips into handhops into 1-arm air chairs into footwork (which is basically in either a sissy squat or push-up position). Cool thing is, there is no limitations to breakin’. So theoretically, someone COULD perform a combo into an air-dunk on beat lol. That’d be sick.
@diaz3476
Жыл бұрын
@@GucciLee27 bro, everyone can play basketball, theres probably less than 20 people who can do the one hand push up into an airflare like what issin did here. I play basketball, hell I can play basketball for hours straight and still be fine, I do powermoves for like 10 minutes straight and I be dying out there
