This guy AJ-47 is GOATED fr. Not only he has the nicest video quality in YT, but he basically compiled storms footwork fundamentals playlist in three videos. He even expanded certain aspects to better understand the moves. Nice work bro very cool 😎.

Is there a vol.2? I'm always coming back to this realizing that my cookies are crap after a dueningkrueger high. Or maybe ups and downs of learning. Lots of exes. Making storm proud.

@@AJ47SoulMavericks That's awesome!!! Good timing cuz I've been throwing down Everyday!! I have a single windmill from footwork to baby a few different ways looking good. Trying to find a few ways to do 2-3 of them and come back to facing camera. Control it. Trying to trick myself into firing it off like I don't give a flock making it look like a power. No tutorials offer this in sets or a line. Also, looking 4 exits. It's a difficult move for me, BUT, it's slowly coming along. Advanced cats probably think this is not best way to learn this but the more ways I've tried it. It's actual seems to be improving. Sharing my battle wit ya. I love that shouldery chair on the elbow too!! Your basic use of it is perfect to "get exciting about that move""" THANKS FOR THE KNOWLEDGE!!! Happy AF you are back on your channel!!😎😎😎😎

@@samdog2201 Yes Sam! Glad to hear you're getting down everyday haha. Nice man! That's actually a great way to practice it! Chop it up and find different uses for it. Helps you to really master how to actually use it rather than just know it well from one moment pattern only. Sounds like I need to throw some harder tutorials your way. Let's see how people take to them. If you ever feel like sending me footage on the gram it might give me an idea on how to make tutorials out of them 💥💪

It could be a little bit of both. Have you tried lifting your chest up more so you don't have to rely on flexibility? You can always send me a quick video on Instagram

Hello bro I have a hugely “important” question. Can you please check out rociflexofficial on insta and tell me how he pushes his stomach out so far. I know how he sucks his tummy in and moves it, it’s called the nauli kryia but idk how he blows it out.... I’ve recently been mastering my core, from top of head thru neck and spine to diaphragm , transverse abdominus, pelvic floor and eurogenital diaphragm.
@adorabletaco9736

And btw I kinda see the diaphragm as the kid of the transverse ads and the pelvic floor as the base. Of course it’s a bit more nuanced but yeah
