I think I have found the nirvana of baby back ribs... These things are so amazingly meaty, tender, juicy, and delicious! I smoked these ribs on the Kamado Joe Classic III with some hardwood lump charcoal and some cherry wood chunks which made a fantastic smoke flavor and aroma on these ribs.
When you find racks of baby back ribs with THIS MUCH MEAT on them, they do take a bit longer to cook. But six hours is an easy afternoon run!
