@@DeeDee-mv2uwI generally agree with you, but there are things the party could do that are low cost, for example the Conservative party of BC You Tube channel hasn't had a new video for about 5 years, they don't need to put fresh content up daily, but by not doing so weekly or twice a month at a minimum they are squandering opportunities to introduce themselves and their policies to the citizens of BC who for the most part are unfamiliar with them.

I voted NDP because I thought we needed a change so I gave Horgan a chance. He was good but now that Eby is pushing harder with the carbon tax and picking fights with Pierre Poilievre, that was the shifting point for me. Eby is hitching his ride to a dead horse in Trudeau and I’m not voting to bail him out. I’m voting BC Conservative.
@vovin8132

Yeah, Horgan was so great pushing that experimental injection on us. The BC public service mandates were kept going until almost a year ago, and Interior Health still holds those mandates permanently. Oh, and how Horgan cut funding for the BC Wildfire Service (which was also crippled by mandates). Or how all communities are now divided and dying, industry packing up and leaving while leaving legions of junkies and petty criminals behind.

It’s a wealth transfer tax for Québec. Gebault is from Montreal. The liberal leaders of Quebec brought JT to run. JT father and grandfather are from Quebec, Québec already receive $7000 per person in federal tax ( wealth )transfers for many years. They don’t get the rebates but there will likely be a tax benefit in wealth transfers. I don’t want to share my country with a welfare province that dominates my parliament anymore . Lebloc and Quebec liberals have the majority and look where Canada is. A sinking ship !

Ugh, the BC Carbon tax was and always has been provincial. There is zero money going outside the province. The Americans say smaller, less government and that isn't what the Alex Fraser conservatives were. This sounds like American light, The old conservatives were progressive in health and safety. We need our assets back and laws that make taking money from one to cover something else jailable. Even for a Politian. Thanks to those he ran with for 20 years we are losing 14 million a day from lost rail revenue in the north from the port there to Prince George. Give me someone who will fight to get some of this back or start new money making streams belonging to the province. Not privatized.

I must say Mo Amir had a very good interview trying to force an explanation out of John Rustad with each point. You can tell John's party is quite unpolished at this point as they do lack manpower to really look deeply into issues especially with the conflict between trying to do the same with less as you said. I think he has the right ideas though with trying to speed up zoning as quick as possible and let it be private companies job to build and sell new homes, as well as trying to get mines up and running to fund the government, but he does have a lot of work to do if he wants to be a successful premier. However, I'd rather give him a chance over another term of David Eby. He does seem to have a very straight forward approach rather than a tip toe around the edges like most politicians which is refreshing.

Needing 9000 hours of apprenticeship to become a certified electrician is unfair. They raised the bar so high in the first place in the name of protection, and tax everyone in the name of fairness however they are the only who got the most benefits.
