Both these players, when in form, are excellent. We all have our bad days, pro or not! I played an English snooker player, sometimes, sent by the Mall manager in Baguio, Philippines. We were well matched and the verbalizations were different and the play, also. The A class manager seldom played a snooker as I did not play it that much to hide. It was great play and both of these were my equal and we had a ball! Since Manny, the boxer bought the gym, they have removed the pool hall across from a great gourmet restaurant. I even played the cook and was mindful that he was about 350 pounds and made Bolo of Bruce Lee fame look tiny! But he was a great guy and took his loses as a gentleman. Love this game, right all!

What are you talking about? Thats a great shot. He already has the perfect angle from the 1 to land in that area (which isn't that small), and since the 7 is a little bit off the rail it makes the billiard much easier. Plus you break up the 2. As long as you dont tie up the 8 and 9 its a smart agressive shot.

@LeonFleisherFan Sure, If it was raining on the table that would really screw up the game! :D I play here in the philippines and when it's humdi the table plays like a git, the Air-Conditioning also makes things tough at times, it's amazing how something you would barely even notice makes such a difference!

Why did Immonen break the second frame? I thought if you had won, you could also break the second frack. Or are those other rules?
@LeonFleisherFan
14 жыл бұрын
@WolfieTed I'd never thought that possible, but we now have problems of the sort in Europe, too, as organizers have started to outhouse the playing arena for some (in particular important) tournaments into marquees (huge pavilion-like tents), where temperature and humidity change all day long, regardless of the quality of air-conditioning (air-drying machines!). Not least of all, humidity makes the balls sticky, so they attract chalk and lint from the cloth, resulting in countless kicks (throw).

those were allegations of his abuse; rape charges were dropped to lascivious acts after a medical examiner found no evidence of rape, which in itself is suspicious on the prosecutor's part. There was a lot of uncertainty and controversy around the case and it's hard to know definitively about what actually happened.

That position play on the 7 to the 8 by Ronnie was a sign of over confidence. no need to blast that cue ball wherein you can just roll the 7 softly, the natural angle will bring the cue ball right up to the 8… thats what separates Alcano's play with Reyes or Bustamante, he's a risk taker.
