So before I start talking about the spot. I want to declare that in my opinion star's end has been misunderstood for a very long time. It's not a spot where you will go dry many hours like some people think. It's not a spot where 2disto/h should be celebrated. 4 disto/h is the norm here. Sure, if you're unlucky you can go 1h without a single drop, but I've been doing 30min runs and even then it's very rare for me to not get a single drop.
WHY NOT PILLARS? WHY MARNI?
Pillars are way worse than both marni and normal stars end. If garmoth data is to be believed, pillars and normal stars end have the same chance of dropping a disto (in my case that's ~4k tl for each debo). Pillars are capped at 8.5k tl, normal stars end (house+cliff and mountain+diamond) is capped at 10-12k tl. Marni cap is still unclear but 16k tl is close to overclearing.
DISTO'S VALUE :
It should go without saying but distos aren't supposed to be sold as a base. You're supposed to enhance them. How and until what lvl you enhance depends on the market and crons value. For eu players I recommend raw tapping until duo with 40/60 stacks. With good prices one disto base can be assumed to have a value of 400mil already taxed. Which would make a 4disto hour be worth around 2.1bil. That said, current prices are quite low most one can get currently is ~350mil for each disto.
CONSUMABLES:
Elixirs are far better than a frenzy draught. The goal is oneshotting as many mobs as possible. Having bonus back and crit dmg makes oneshotting way easier. It's not even that expensive. Not even 20mil/h for elixirs alone, and you only need 5.
Using courage and furniture can bump up the tl up to 16.2k/h. However with the current market I can't recommend this approach.
SPOT INFO:
A pack is made of three types of mobs, big mob, shield mob and small mob. Big mob has a ranged attack and higher hp pool. Shield mob has a block, small mob doesn't do anything. Killing any mob has a chance of spawning a very big mob with ~30tl and a higher chance of dropping distos. Appearance rate of very big mobs scales with drop rate. That way drop rate has a direct influence on tl/h. Someone with 330% drop rate can get more tl than someone with 300% assuming the same performance.
STRATEGY:
Don't pull mobs. Just oneshot. Pulling makes no sense when mobs are squishy. Don't wait for loot unless you're overclearing. Each pack requires a different combo that also changes depending on the angle. The most important thing is aiming and making sure to hit as many mobs as possible. If mobs are leftover ignore them unless you're overclearing. Trying to finish them off can lead to messing up respawn timers in the following loop.
COMBO:
All that's needed is 1-2 skills for each pack.
Prioritise big aoe skills like SHIFTQ SHIFTQ(accel) SHIFTRMB SHIFTLMB(accel) WQ brutal WRMB.
All other skills are fillers, something you use to finish mobs that you didn't manage to kill.
Skills like Q F SQ WF quoratumsEarth SLMB(both).
Which skills oneshot and which not depends on ap and angle. Some packs can die to WQ alone, some packs will require WQ Q/SLMB. With 1080ap it's possible to consistently oneshot with shiftlmb. With 1030ap it's possible to oneshot with accel ShiftQ. Shiftrmb never oneshots.
Even with lower ap it's possible to get ~13k tl/h (I tested with 860ap). Tuvala gear is closer to 11k tl/h therefore not worth grinding.
