While standing on one leg, reach as far as you can with the other toes. You can go in all angles as if you are standing in the middle of a clock!
Too hard? Just don’t reach as far! Try to go farther over time
Are certain directions much harder for you? Focus on them the most to bring up your weak/stiff areas!
